Privacy Policy

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

LotSplit is a service of Lucky Spirits Company Inc., doing business as LotSplit ("LotSplit", "we"). This policy says what LotSplit collects when you use lotsplit.ai, how it is used, and who sees it.

1. What we collect

Your account: your mobile phone number and a password, stored only as a one-way hash.
Your profile, if you fill it in: name, email, company, role, the ZIP where you build, how you invest, your experience, budget and timeline, and how you like to be contacted.
What you save: starred lots, saved searches and their alert settings, drafts and the funding requests you send, including what you type or say into them.
What you ask the AI tools: your questions to Buck AI and the design chat, and the drawings you make.
Records of use: which features you used and what each paid call cost, kept to run the service and control its costs; and the technical details any website receives, such as your IP address, used to stop abuse.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, dates of birth or payment cards.

2. How we use it

To sign you in, send your sign-in codes, and keep your account secure.
To show your saved lots and searches, and send the listing alerts you turn on.
To prepare and review the funding requests you send, and reply to you about them.
To run, fix and improve LotSplit, and to stop misuse.

3. Text messages

Your phone number is used to send your sign-in codes and, only if you tick the box when you save a search, listing alerts. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and replying STOP ends alerts; the Terms of Service set out the SMS Terms in full. Your SMS opt-in and your phone number are never sold, rented or shared with anyone for their marketing.

4. Who sees your information

A funding request you choose to send goes to lenders and partners who may fund it, as you agree when you send it.
Service providers that run parts of LotSplit for us, only to do that work: hosting and database (Cloudflare), text messages (Twilio), and AI tools that answer your questions and draw your designs.
Anyone the law requires us to tell, or when needed to protect people or the service.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Your choices

You can edit your profile, delete saved searches and turn alerts off on lotsplit.ai, and reply STOP to any alert text. To have your account and its data deleted, ask through the suggestion box (the 🙂 at the top of lotsplit.ai) while signed in, or reply HELP to a LotSplit text.

6. Keeping it safe

Your data is stored with Cloudflare and sent over encrypted connections. Passwords are stored only as hashes. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit who can reach your data to what running LotSplit needs.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
